- Independent Non-executive Director: Dr. Chen Lieping
- Dr. Chen Lieping joined the Company in June 2026 as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. He has over 40 years of experience in ifundamental research and drug development in the fields of immunology and oncology. He is a member of both the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medicine of the United States. He currently serves as the United Technologies Corporation Professor in Cancer Research and Professor of Immunology, Dermatology and Medical Oncology at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Chen previously served as an independent non-executive director of Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd., and as a scientific advisor to pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE), AstraZeneca PLC (LSE, NYSE and STO: AZN), Boehringer Ingelheim and Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ); he currently serves as a scientific advisor to Zai Lab Limited (NASDAQ: ZLAB; HKEX: 9688), NextCure, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXTC), Tpioneer Biotech, DynamiCure Biotechnology, Normunity, Inc. and OncoC4, Inc.
