- Dr. Lu Bai joined the Company in June 2026 as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee. He has long been dedicated to the research in neurotrophic factors, synaptic plasticity, and neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases. He currently serves as the President of the Shanghai Academy of Natural Sciences and holds a position at Fudan University. He is the founder of 4B Technologies (Beijing) Co., Limited and co-founder of BioFront Therapeutics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Dr. Lu also serves as a scientific advisor and director of Gnosis Healthineer (Beijing) Co., Ltd, and the Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd., Shanghai Hospital Development Center (SHDC), and the Academy for Clinical Innovation and Translation of Shanghai (ACTIS). He is a director of the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research and the chief scientist of the Advanced Innovation Center for Human Brain Protection. He has been serving as an independent non-executive director of Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, since 23 March 2023.
