Chairwoman of the Board, Executive Director: Ms. Theresa Tse: Since 2015, she has served as Chairwoman of the Board of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited and Vice Chairwoman of Chia Tai Pharmaceutical Group. In 2017, she served as the Director of Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairwoman of Beijing Tide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Ms. Theresa Tse holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has been listed on Forbes' "Top 100 Businesswomen in China" list eight times and was selected for Bloomberg Businessweek's "Bloomberg 50" in 2024.

Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Eric Tse: Mr. Eric Tse was appointed as an Executive Director of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited in 2019, the Chairman of Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. in 2020, and Chief Executive Officer of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited and Chairman of Beijing Tide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in Management and Global Leadership from Schwarzman College of Tsinghua University, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Social and Administrative Pharmacy at China Pharmaceutical University. He was awarded the "Top 10 Outstanding Chinese American Youth" and the "Advanced Individual of the Outstanding Contribution to Manufacture in Jiangsu Award".

Executive Director, Senior Vice President: Mr. Tse Hsin: Mr. Tse Hsin is an Executive Director, a member of the Executive Board Committee, and a Senior Vice President of the Company. He is mainly responsible for the merger and acquisition and financing activities of the Group. Mr. Tse Hsin graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's Degree (Honors) in Industrial Engineering. He joined the Group in August 1995 as an assistant to the Chairman of the Company and served as the Managing Director of Xi'an C.P. Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

CEO of invoX/Head of Globalization: Ben Toogood: 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, the last 14 years leading business development roles in Europe, the US, and Canada. Formerly worked at Novartis, Aspen, and Pharmathen.

Vice President: Mr. Jin Song: Vice President of the Group, responsible for the Group's public affairs and ESG-related work. Mr. Jin graduated from China Pharmaceutical University with a Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Formulation, and later obtained a Master's degree in International Cooperation Policy with a focus on Public Health Management from Ritsumeikan University in Japan. Before joining the company, he served as Vice President at a large state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise group in China and has experience working in national pharmaceutical regulatory authorities, with over twenty years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
