CTTQ to Showcase New Oncology Data at ESMO 2026, Featuring TQB2102 and TQB2868

Release Date: 2026-09-29

CTTQ, a core company of SBP Group (01177.HK), will present 21 clinical studies across its oncology portfolio at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress in Madrid, Spain. Highlights include two oral presentations of TQB2102, a next-generation HER2 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), including an LBA Proffered Paper, as well as new clinical data for TQB2868, a PD-1/TGF-β bifunctional fusion protein.

Room: Almeria Auditorium–Hall 9

About TQB2102:

TQB2102 is a biparatopic HER2 ADC independently developed by Chia Tai Tianqing, with best-in-class (BIC) potential. It simultaneously targets the ECD 2 and ECD 4 domains of HER2, adopting a cleavable linker and a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. TQB2102 can overcome the limitations of conventional HER2 monoclonal antibodies or single-target ADCs, further enhance receptor crosslinking and internalization efficiency, and expand coverage against tumor heterogeneity as well as overcome resistance to single-target agents.

TQB2868: One Poster Presentation

TQB2868 Plus Nab-Paclitaxel/Gemcitabine ± Anlotinib as First-Line Therapy for Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma: A Prospective Multicenter Two-Cohort Phase II Study

Presenter: Xianjun Yu, Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center

About TQB2868:

TQB2868 is a PD-1/TGF-β bifunctional fusion protein independently developed by Chia Tai Tianqing. It blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway and neutralizes TGF-β in the tumor microenvironment, exerting dual effects of immune checkpoint inhibition and tumor microenvironment remodeling. Co-inhibition of PD-1 and TGF-β signals elicits a more potent anti-tumor immune response than inhibition of either pathway alone, so as to improve clinical anti-tumor benefits.

In addition, 18 studies featuring CTTQ’s marketed products — Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules, Benmelstobart Injection, and Penpulimab Injection — have been selected for poster presentation at ESMO 2026. These studies cover a broad range of tumor types, including non-small cell lung cancer (3 studies), small cell lung cancer (4), esophageal cancer (4), pancreatic cancer (3), cholangiocarcinoma (1), ovarian cancer (1), breast cancer (1), and melanoma (1).
